After that, we will climb 14115 feet to Pikes Peak Summit. Then you will take a scenic drive back into Denver.

Return time is between 5:45 and 6:45PM (pending traffic).
Pikes Peak Highway is open year round. However, weather conditions are always a factor. if the summit is not accessible, we will drive to the highest point possible.
No children under the age of 7. Private tours are recommended for families with children.
You may experience altitude sickness. Avoid alcoholic beverages for 24 hours prior to departure time.
No refunds will be issued due to weather or road closures.
Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff

My husband and I booked the tour to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak because we both wanted to see these sights, but didn’t actually want to drive. We were a part of a group of 9 led by Nick and took a Mercedes Sprinter to the sights. We made great time and learned a little about the sights on our way there. We stopped at Garden of the Gods first, then Balancing Rock, before stopping in Manitou Springs got lunch (we went to Manitou Brewing Co, highly recommend it). After an hour in Manitou Springs we continued on to the Pikes Peak Summit. The weather was perfect so we had a great time exploring and taking pictures. We stopped twice more down the mountain for more photo ops and exploring. This was the way to do it! We were both anxious going up the mountain, so I was happy to have an experienced driver take us all the way. Nick was also helpful in suggesting the places to explore and take pictures at. Next time we’re in CO we’ll probably take another tour through ilimo.

We actually did the Mining Towns and Micro Breweries and the Pikes Peak Tour. We were fortunate to have Nick be our guide on both tours. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We threw all kinds of questions at him and he knew all of the answers! The flexibility he had on both tours to stop at spots for pictures was wonderful. The scenery was breathtaking! They offered water and little snacks on both tours. Nick also offered to take pictures of our family. Highly recommend Ilimo for any tours!
