The tour was we expected, very satisfied, I would change rating , providing the tour operator do not misled tourists, with add on that are included in price tour. They were paid to pick us from hotel, last minute they refuse to complied No pick up from hotel, also may help to let people to bring your snacks as the trip is very long and people need nourishing other than that the guides were very

Dear Sergio_P, thanks a lot for your feedback. Talking about misleading, sometimes we have to ask our customers to meet our vehicle somewhere closer to Downtown because there can be lots of reasons when the driver can run late, for example, traffic or someone is late too. Also, we try not to cross Market Street because there is a lot of traffic and the whole bus will be late if the driver goes there. And we always call our customers in the evening before the tour to explain these facts and ask to come somewhere closer. You are texting about the snacks and so on... I have never heard that the customers are not allowed to take something to eat with them into the van, it's very strange and I'm interested in who told you this. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your time and we will take in account everything you texted us about.

Small tour bus packed to capacity Average tour was expecting 8 hrs as on advertised our tour was much shorted just over 5 hrs Did not feel it was worth the cost

Please call us 415.307.1170 or email [email protected]. We just tried to find you in our system under the name Joanie. We will refund you. Combo tour consists of 2 tours with 2 different drivers. It is absolutely impossible that the tour was shorted. Apparently you just missed the second part, but this is very strange. Again, please contact us.

The morning tour was running late but once we got going our guide was knowledgeable and we saw quite a bit. However, there was no mention (until asking) about the continuation of the tour. We were dropped off at a hotel at 1 with little time for lunch or such. Very disorganized in the afternoon and very crowded especially being crammed in the back. We were not told anything about the afternoon schedule in advance. Dropped off at Muir Woods and then dropped off at Saulsilito at 4:30 for a meal??? We ended up needing the ferry to get back to SF due to timing for dinner reservations. We covered a lot of area but the tour group seemed disorganized overall.

Dear customer, thank you very much for your feedback. It's very strange you were so much disorganized and I will find out why it could happen for sure. Talking about the time which our drivers/guides spent in Sausalito, I can say we can stay there for one hour only because it's just a sightseeing tour but not just a tour of Sausalito. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your time and day, and we will be glad to see you on our other tours next time!
