We had an amazing time! Our captains Gavin and Troy were super fun and informative. We learned a lot about manatees. Gavin and Troy worked hard to give us the best manatee viewing experience while still being super respectful of the manatees. I was very impressed with their commitment to being respectful of these sweet animals. People who were there without guides were not that respectful (noisy, splashing, yelling, chasing, reaching out and touching the tails, etc.) but Troy and Gavin stressed the need to be quiet, calm, and they explained how to respectfully touch the manatees , if the manatee decided to give us the opportunity. I wish that people were only allowed in there with guides. Thank you for this fabulous opportunity!

Today was AMAZING! Words can not describe this experience. Captain John Stark and our guide Jose were awesome and very informative! They made sure we had as many manatee experiences/encounters as possible. Jose took wonderful photos and videos. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. All of the staff was very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!!

Our tour started at 10:45 with Troy as our captain and Heidi as our guide. They were both a lot of fun and very professional, always looking out for us and the manatees. Heidi took 89 photos and 6 videos in and out of the water. We bought the $40 online package and were so pleased with how they turned out. Heidi would suggest things for us to do that made a good video or photo, and it was so nice to have someone else worry about taking photos so we could just enjoy the moment. Because it was low tide, we were able to go to Three Sisters Springs, which was a real treat. There were no manatees there, but it is like a beautiful tropical lagoon and the water is so clear and noticeably warmer because of the spring. There was a stronger current at the entrance but there is a black rope on the right side if you need it to pull you along. There were only six guests on our heated pontoon and Troy provided us with music and Heidi sang and danced! What a fun trip! If you are a nature lover, it should be on your bucket list for sure!
