Parker Ranch

Waipi'o Valley

Visit majestic Waipio Valley Lookout to capture lush and tall cliffs that drop into the sparkling ocean

Akaka Falls State Park

In the afternoon, we continue the drive down the scenic Hamakua Coast and visit the towering Akaka Falls, which plummets 442 feet into a stream-eroded gorge.

Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden

Throughout this garden valley, nature trails meander through a true tropical rainforest, crossing bubbling streams, passing several beautiful waterfalls, and the exciting ocean vistas along the rugged Pacific Coast. This highly acclaimed garden allows you to take up-close shots of rare and exotic flora- over 2000 species of exotic tropical plants and orchids in a tranquil setting.

Kulaniapia Falls

In the afternoon, you will escape the crowd and get to swim under the 120 feet tall Kulaniapia private waterfall, Hawaii’s largest privately accessible waterfall, to cool down and relax when river conditions permit.

Rainbow Falls

Visit the beautiful 80-foot waterfall in Hilo with giant banyan trees beside it.

Saddle Road

I loved this tour! Both guides were engaging and knowledgeable and made the experience really enjoyable! The Waipio Valley is a true slice of heaven on earth and should not be missed!

Ryan was great. High energy, great personality, very informative & knowledgeable. It felt we were getting a tour from a good friend. We saw a lot of the island we probably wouldn’t have seen by ourselves. We also had a wonder group of people on the tour with us. I would highly recommend taking this tour.

We had a good experience on this tour, with guide Chris. The Valley is beautiful, but you do not get to go to the beach below-you will be driven around through the valley on some private roads, crossing little streams. It is truly a beautiful land/water scape. I wish they had let us stop and get out at the top viewpoint. The rest of the sites are good too-the private waterfall is nice, but very rocky bottom if you're wanting to swim. They provided a kayak to use if desired. The lunch was okay, a bento box. Lots of bathroom stops and lots of TLC was given. Easy, light hikes. Highly recommend, especially if you'd rather not do all the driving yourself.
