Small Group Yosemite and Giant Sequoias Day Trip from San Francisco

Overview
Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.

Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.

The national park is really amazing, and the trip was good indeed. Brian was really "dedicated" to the daily tour --- taking care of all guests, sharing the history of Yosemite, and more. Thank you

So unfortunately our tour kind of fell apart due to weather and poor planning. First, we were informed that they wouldn’t pick up at our address and asked that we meet at some pickup location in the Tenderloin, which our guide thankfully changed to a hotel in union square. The tour started late because of a vehicle malfunction even though we were asked to be there 30 minutes before the tour. We had another hour and a half delay because there was a miscommunication where tourists from another tour group accidentally boarded our bus and we had to wait for their bus to come rescue them. We arrived at Yosemite 2 hours late and it was foggy which is nobody’s fault l. However we missed seeing every major attraction at Yosemite amid a winter storm warning that had been issued the previous day. I wish the tour company would have just cancelled the tour since they are best fit to understand weather patterns where they’re facilitating tours and it wasn’t worth the long drive along with having to leave early due to the danger of roads icing. Our guide Steven was very accommodating and tried to make the best of the experience, even with his management’s poor planning and reluctance to cancel the tour he provided a welcoming environment. Management of this company should also invest in more comfortable transportation because that van we were driven around’s seats wouldn’t have been comfortable for a 20 minute ride to the airport. Anyways beware when booking this tour, there is a lot of improvement to be made and I look forward to returning to San Francisco/Yosemite someday.
