Small Group Yosemite and Giant Sequoias Day Trip from San Francisco

Overview
Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.

Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.

Amazing views and experience. Took the ride from San Francisco which took 2+ hours one way, so wear comfortable clothes, hiking or walking shoes, and get out and stretch at every stop. Our tour guide Brian was knowledgeable and kept the momentum going for the entire trip which was nice. He was not overbearing or intrusive, which some tour guides tend to do in my experience. The walk to and from the Sequoias is the last stop of the day and took at least 30 minutes down to the trees and another 35 back up due to it being all uphill. I’d suggest older folks or people with mobility challenges to maybe stay back and check out some of the other sites as there were several people struggling on the way back up. If you are a nature enthusiast, this trip will not disappoint. For those requiring activities or minute by minute hand holding, this is more “choose your own adventure” at its best.

What an amazing trip! A massive thank you to our tour guide Victor who was full of knowledge and laughter. Could not recommend this trip enough if you do not have time to stay overnight in Yosemite. <3

Small Group. Guide tour is friendly and very know the area. However if the guide tour could lead us the way by himself would be the best.
