An amazing experience seeing the wonders of Yosemite and the towering sequoias. Our tour guide Victor took care of us, shared interesting stories and even had relevant movies to keep us occupied on the long drive back to SF. I’m sure it will be a highlight of our vacation!

Did this trip as it rated highly on Trip Advisor and had a fantastic experience. Our guide Phil was very knowledgeable and I also enjoyed his music selection for the drive there :-) There were wildfires at the time of my visit and I greatly appreciated Phil modifying the order of the trip so that we would get the best views once the afternoon winds had picked up and cleared the smoke. Went we got to El Cap, Phil got out the Monocular so that we could get a sense of just how large it is. Thanks Phil for making this a very memorable and enjoyable trip! It's one of my top highlights for my SF trip.

We booked this because it was advertised as a small up to 15 person tour. Our bus held 37, including the driver. (We picked up the last couple people in Yosemite.) We expected lots of driving, and a couple stops. We did not expect to spend an extra 15-30 minutes at each stop waiting for people to get back to the bus. We also didn’t expect to stop for dinner at 6. When I asked about my celiac (severe symptoms) allergies, Roman insisted I could just eat some meat. What? Later getting on the bus he made a little joke about not being equipped to deal with celiacs. (I had asked about the restaurant to look at the menu earlier.) I’m sorry, but you really did not want a seizure on your extra large bus… I attempted to get a Lyft to get home to save an extra hour, but to no avail. The scenery is great. All of the stops could have been shortened and this trip could have been shorter, but hey, if you have more than twice the advertised participants, you’re going to have delays. By the way, he will literally ask for tips when you get off the bus. Call. Before. You. Book. If you don’t want a crowded bus. This was not the trip I purchased.

There’s a huge mistake here. We do not have a 37 passenger bus and we do not have a driver named Ramon. I am not sure what tour you were on, but it certainly was not with our company
