We boarded a coach that was unable to open any windows and the air-conditioning only blew out hot air. By the tour guideās admission, the coach was designed incorrectly where on any incline, the air conditioning would not work. In 36 degree Celsius heat, this coach should not be deemed fit for purpose in the summer.
On a trip where we paid $300 to be stuck in a mobile oven for 75% of a day starting at 06:20 and not concluding until 20:00, the company prefers to have its customers dehydrated, sweaty and uncomfortable for the day rather than make the much needed purchase of a modern day coach. Thankfully, there were no children or babies on board, as I imagine they would have really struggled to get through the day in such heat.
The reason why my rating is two star instead of one, is because when we did stop, the picturesque scenery was lovely, and our tour guide (Randall), who felt sorry for us, did his best to keep our spirits up and bought us additional water where he could see we were clearly struggling.
This is a review of a poorly run company, not the tour guide or the sites you get to see themselves.
