Wonderland Tour of Central Park

Overview
I am an NYC licensed tour guide (1 of only 2 that I know of) and perhaps the last person actually pedaling their pedicab. Everyone else has hidden and illegal motors. Cheaters?

I've ridden a pedicab since 2004 after deciding I hated office jobs. I'm from California but got my History/English degree from a small college outside of London. I now ride a pedicab for extra money and exercise and pursue various creative pursuits on the side.

What To Expect
1
Bethesda Terrace
Bethesda Terrace is not the center of Central Park but it is the centerpiece and has been used in numerous TV shows and movies. You'll want a few minutes to wander around and enjoy the activity and all the intricate carvings.
2
Bow Bridge
This cast iron bridge was used in Spiderman 3 and Highlander and connects the Bethesda Terrace and Cherry Hill to the Ramble, a 38 acre section of winding paths and dense forest. Once inside, you can actually trick yourself into thinking you've left New York City for the countryside.
3
Strawberry Fields, John Lennon Memorial
I'll drop you have at the entrance to Strawberry Fields so that you can pay your respects to John Lennon and meander through this peaceful spot. I, meanwhile, avoid pedaling you up a steep hill.
4
Balto Statue
We pause here for a moment to enjoy the larger than life statue of Balto, the famous sled dog who led the last part of relay that brought diphtheria supplies to Nome, Alaska.
5
The Dairy Visitor Center and Gift Shop
We pause at the top of the hill to enjoy the view of this original structure and to take in the beauty of the Mall, the largest collection of Elm Trees standing together in the world.
6
Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir
We stop here for a few minutes for you to see a gorgeous view over Central Park's largest body of water. This reservoir was originally part of New York City's water supply. It's now a strategic reserve.
7
Belvedere Castle
Belvedere means beautiful view in Italian. This castle was never meant for defensive purposes, only to enjoy the beautiful views in all directions. We typically do a loop around the castle through Shakespeare's Garden, the Ramble and the Great Lawn.
8
Alice in Wonderland Statue
There is a cluster of sites here - the Alice and the Wonderland Statue, the Hans Christian Andersen Statue and the Boat Pond.
