Learned alot had no problems with the technology. Felt like a overwhelming proportion of the info was about famous people, which did not really interest our crew. The reccomendation to take the Loveland Pass was great...so pretty!

Kept dropping out. Kept repeating itself despite progress of our car. When it advises you of a scenic route and you got off the highway, it’s stopped talking to you so you had no idea which direction to go. We tried it and had to go back on the highway and progress along the usual route. I used a different company in Yellowstone, and it was excellent.

Thanks for the review and I apologize your experience wasn't great. It sounds like you had a technical issue. Unfortunately with this technology there are a few types of devices (especially older ones) that it just doesn't work well on. If there are ever any technical issues we are happy to issue a refund. As for the direction issue, yes that is correct. Our tour is predicated on the user listening to something as they drive from point A to point B. We do make some suggestions along the way for things to do / see, but it's not possible to provide exact directions given the time constraints on the tour. If a user wants to visit something off the highway, we recommend pulling over and getting directions on your own. Unfortunately it's the only way we can do it without taking away from the tour content.
