I wanted to cancel that reservation. It was very friendly. You can cancel but there is a fee for cancellation! How much? Exactly the same amount you paid!! What a coincidence!? I wrote this to the company which supplies all in Bay. Another suprise, the company which takes the money is a different one that you cannot reach. You can not even see the name in any part of reservation or tickets. I may call it a good combinaon!! I don’t want to write about the adds of this activity. We bought the tickets to enter the Hanauma Bay. I may say that this is our foult, we didn’t be carefull but cancellation was a comedy.

Aloha, We had advised you through email that you had contacted the wrong company in regards to a refund. You stated you asked nicely but that wasn’t the case. It was an aggressive email that wasn’t even supposed to be directed towards us. We explained to you again who you needed to contact but you still came back again at us and wrote us a bad review. We had nothing to do with your refund or cancellation fee you had complained about.

If you’re looking to rent snorkeling gear, you’ve come to the right place. Kaimana Tour (Chelsea) has all your needs. Look specifically for Chelsea and only Chelsea. She’s welcoming, friendly, and overall provided an amazing service. My family would’ve never been able to have a great time in Hanauma Bay if she didn’t suggest we go there and only there. They have all the snorkeling gear and beach gear you need. They also have GoPro cameras to rent and SD micro chips to take pictures underwater. We’re definitely coming back to her on our next Oahu trip.
