What To Expect

Sandy Feet Sandcastle Services

A qualified instructor will meet you at beach access #16, located at 4400 Gulf Blvd., South Padre Island, Texas. There you will learn a series of techniques for building and carving a better sandcastle. This is hands-on instruction, and in 1 hour you will have a completed (or mostly completed) sand castle, perfect for a family photo op.

Loved this experience! We had a great lesson with Jose. The techniques he taught us were awesome. I wanted an experience that my entire family would enjoy - older teens and preteens. My older teens (ages 19 & 17) were hooked and kept working long after the lesson was over. My preteens were captivated during the lesson and so excited about the big sandcastle they helped create. An hour and a half was a perfect amount of time to teach and get us really far on the castle. Jose left us with a few loaner tools so we could continue working on it. Great way to spend the afternoon. Fun family bonding experience. Definitely worth the fee!

Jose was a fun and informative instructor for our family. We learned a lot and had so much fun! We chose to have class on our first day of vacation, to give ourselves plenty of time to use our new skills for the rest of our trip. They even loaned us tools so we could make the most of it. This was an awesome choice!

Wow! My friends and I took the Sandcastling 101 course today, and Lucinda taught us enough in 90 minutes to make us feel like we could build a sculpture on our own tomorrow. We keep talking about how much fun we had. I can’t imagine a better vacation experience.
