Thia was such a great two hours of learning and laughing! Maryann is such a great teacher and her biscuits are great, especially the pull apart layers of her cheese biscuits! This class is so worth your time!

I do like the laughing part too. Laugh, and your biscuits turn out even better...(that's my philosophy). I can't tell who you are by your initials. But thank you! So glad you had a good time and enjoyed your Southern Belle biscuit experience.

This is a great workshop on how to mix and cook fabulous Southern Biscuits! Maryann the teacher and hostess sprinkled her training with history, humor and Southern Charm. She is very knowledgeable and a great teacher — she made you feel totally at ease. We had an opportunity to bake our own biscuits — it was a fun way to spend a few hours and learn the chemistry and magic of Southern biscuits.

Kathryn, Hello. I like being called a "hostess". I do feel like I'm throwing a party as I prepare for my classes. I also consider my students my guests. Thank you for baking biscuits with me.

Craig, Thank you, It somewhat melts my heart when I see dads bringing their daughters to class....and visa versa. I hope after taking my class, biscuit baking becomes part of your loving family history. :)
