none, you oversell the entrance tickets. I feel cheated, you should refund me the money for the 11 tickets I bought.

First, the Viator app to get my tickets was glitchy. Had to get help from customer service and was told that we can only do the tram tour to the Rocket Park because the Mission Control was booked up. What a rip off! Good thing we did the tram tour first as the lines were so long afterwards. The Independence Plaza lines was super long, no staff organizing the lines. The Starship Gallery show was underwhelming. It wasn't a short film viewing, only a presentation by a staff. More staff were in the store than in the actual exhibits.

Too many people there could not see all the tours sold out . Lines where 2 hrs long to Rocket Park . Ridiculous. Would love a refund ..
