Go on a clear day you can see for miles. They removed the restaurant and added a see through floor. I miss the rotating restaurant but the good news is the wait to get up there is faster because they have mor standing space.

Sweeping views of the entire city al the way up the coast on a clear day. A 5-star attraction for everything, from the courteous greetings by the staff, as you enter the venue and while "chilling" up the top with other people. Don't worry if you don't like heights (who really does) there are places where the floor is clear safety glass so u can look straight down to the ground for a dose of adrenaline. There is a restaurant but you need to make reservations at least several days in advance, but alas don't worry there is a small area you can buy wine, beer and snacks. A modestly priced gift shop with a very wide variety of souveniers and chocolates

We were incredibly fortunate to have picked a day with bright blue skies and short lines. We were basically able to buy our Space Needle ticket and hop on the elevator. These days of covid, you may be wondering if we felt safe in the elevator. We did. The staff was firm about masking and no talking on our ways up and down. What was particularly memorable (in addition to the magnificent views) was how new everything felt. The Needle is 60 years old this year, but it sure didn't feel it. While it retained some of its 1960s "adventures in space" feel, everything felt fresh and new. Very impressive.
