A truly fun experience visiting both spaces. At the time, covid measures were very strict so I felt secure but I'm not sure how it is right now. The glass was beautiful and maybe even better than the needle :)

My family and I loved visiting both the Space Needle and the Chihuly Garden and Glass in one day. The Chihuly Garden is marvelous. So many colors, so much creativity and artistic expression in every glass sculpture created by Dale Chihuly. The Space Needle is a definite landmark of Seattle just like the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Some of the best views of Seattle and Elliott Bay are from the Space Needle. Grab your photo camera and take some great photos of Seattle on top of the Space Needle. It is definitely a must thing to do when in Seattle.

We purchased City Pass to save some money on the major attractions in Seattle. There are ticket kiosks all around the building if you are just planning on getting a ticket for this or Chihuly Garden & Glass tickets. The Space Needle was even more impressive than I had imagined. I loved the history they had on the walls with pictures showing some of the construction and construction workers, with facts about how it was built, plus listing famous people that have visited the Space Needle as it was being built or newly built. You can take as much time as you want to explore. We took lots of pictures inside and out. It was so much fun overcoming our fear of leaning on the glass and standing on the glass floor. Of course an amazing view from the top. A nice gift shop at floor level.
