Speakeasy Sagas Pub Crawl is for ages 21+. This tour discusses the history of Prohibition, with a focus on some of the lesser-known characters who made names for themselves at that time. It’s a fun, playful tour filled with wild and wacky legends that you may not have heard of before but you will never be able to forget - not that you’d want to. Drinks are NOT included.

We loved this tour, (there's a BIG BUT coming, so keep reading). There were three great bars, (could have added one more). Tour guide Jamie was EXCELLENT, he knew every piece of prohibition history and even more! But a BIG drawback, on the fine print of the confirmation of this tour it says drinks ARE included... they are NOT. So get ready to spend money beyond the cost of the tour. To me, that's not acceptable. I believe the tour should include at least one drink at each bar on the tour. I wouldn't go back for that reason... not fair. But I HIGHLY recommend tour guide, Jamie.

We were expecting a Charleston Speakeasy Prohibition pub crawl. To us the title meant we would visit places that were speakeasy or the places where there were speakeasy during prohibition and learn a great deal about Charleston in prohibition times. The tour was not great as we spent a lot of time listening about general history leading up to and including the prohibition era but NOT focused primarily on Charleston. The bars we visited except for one had nothing to do with prohibition in Charleston. If you want a pub crawl at 3-4 bars then you would be okay with this. Having done a speakeasy tour in NYC we were expecting something more.
