The time leading up to my tour was frustrating, as I booked for the 6pm tour but was marked down for the 5pm tour. Because of this, I was contacted by Don who was expecting us to be in Charleston in time for the 5pm tour even though that is not what we had planned for. It was treated as though it was going to be my fault if there was no longer room on the 6pm tour and was told the "5pm tour was better" but had no idea what that meant. Despite this, my group still showed up at 5:45 for the 6 pm tour with rather low expectations, but thank goodness our tour guide Michael exceeded those expectations! I am thankful for Michael turning our night around, as we all had so much fun learning more about Charleston and drinking some fantastic cocktails along the way. Even though there may need to be some review of their booking and communication processes, the tour itself was great!

Thank you so much for the feedback. It is greatly appreciated! We totally understand the frustrations that occurred and I would like to reassure that this not how our operations typically go about. We did have a recent system wide issue for our bookings at the time, however, it has now since been resolved. Super glad Michael was able to cure the frustrations and give you a wonderful tour experience. We hope to see you join us again soon!
