I wish I had a story to tell but I don't. We experienced inclement weather, so they canceled it. I understand that it's for the safety of every customer however, the issue I have is that our booking was for 5:30 and they had us standing around taking pictures knowing they were canceling the excursion. I had to walk up to the desk and ask after 45 minutes of waiting around then they told me "unfortunately we're canceling for the remainder of the day" like what????? I called before we drove all the way out there and they said yes we're still moving forward with the excursion. It wasn't even thundering or lightning.....
