It was our final day in Miami Beach and this seemed like a fun way to wrap up before we went to Rusty Pelican for lunch.... the crew was a lot of fun and the tour guide was very funny, the music was awesome and set the mood as we zoomed past the impressive mansions and industrial harbor container ships and multi million dollar yachts.... we will do this tour again as we highly recommend this fun tour! Had to sand in line 30 minutes prior and then as soon as we headed out it returned du to rain and then spend another 45 minutes in line trying to get a refund. Once we finally get up to the counter for our refund it tells us we have to call Viator for the refund. Why couldn’t they just refund it electronically. Very poor customer service and still have not received the refund.
