Was raining and thunderstorming and never got my refund for not being able to get on the speed boat.I’m very disappointed in this experience and deserve a refund

Went a ways out in the ocean. Also did sight seeing. Totally a must do! Felt very safe, yet got to feel the speed and handling of this boat.
