Generally a good experience, that is until a weird interaction at the very end of the tour. We didn’t have any more cash on us but my mom smiled at the guide as we got off. In return, he yelled at her for the audacity to smile when we’re not tipping (“this is not funny” etc). This service should include a bold print in the description that you either bring cash to tip or can expect to get a stern scolding from the guide at the end of the trip, hahah.

We did this 45 min ride starting from the bayside marketplace. It was perfect to satisfy the speed enthusiast and the general tourist in the family. We got to see celebrity owned houses before returning to the bayside. With thumping music and splashing waves, it felt like we were actually doing something worthwhile as opposed to wandering around complaining about the heat! Our kids loved it. So did some other young folks on board. There’s also a photo session at the beginning just in case you want to purchase them later. If you reserve online, give yourself a few mins to grab the paper ticket at the booth before descending to the dock.
