It was the worst experience I have ever had in vacation and I travel A LOT! First, I tried to contact someone through the app for a pickup time and location. Then I received the location, but no time. I then drove around for an hour looking for the address that was listed only to find out from the locals that the office for the tour was out of a gas station which was currently under construction. I then contacted Viator to request a refund only to get the run around. I then asked for the number to the person giving the tour. Once I called, this guy calls me back talking about "Oh the location changeed to some random shopping plaza" l immediately told him I wanted a refund and while he was quick to ablige, it was still kinda sketchy. I called Viator back to let them know what happened and they told me the refund would be processed, but not before telling me that I had the information wrong! Viator needs to keep updated information with these people giving tours because this guy was definitely giving trafficking vibes.

So Sorry you had such a runaround from Viator. I have been meeting people at the shopping center for 30 years. I refunded your money through Viator.
We never met so I'm sorry you thought I was some kind of criminal. You should come on my tour next time you come to Sedona. I'm sure you will enjoy it.
