After paying, the ONLY person to greet us was so obviously unhappy in her job that she could barely change the pitch of her voice from monotone when describing the floor she transported us to from the elevator. The museum is a maze with unclear markings to direct for the rest rooms. Several exhibits were poorly lit making them difficult to read. Not worth $50 pp

Hi WENDYRNROBINSON, Sounds like we didn’t provide you with the same customer service that many have come to know us for. I’m sincerely sorry for this experience. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer experience and we failed you in this. We have associates posted throughout the galleries that are available to assist with any questions or help with directions. I have forwarded your review to our staffing manager and our facilities manager regarding the lighting issue. Feedback like this is vital for us to improve the visitor experience so we thank you for taking the time in letting us know about your experience.

Went with 12 year old and had lots of fun. Took another 2 hours. Educational info interspersed with fun activities. Would Recommend

Overpriced and rife with technical issues. On the question stations, screens crashed many times between my partner and I, meaning we had to restart each time, and a constant "are you still there?" message popped up like every 10 seconds, constantly distracting from questions requiring great concentration. In the surveillance room, the first set of headphones I used had an audio input problem so did not pick up my voice after the first few questions; I would say/yell the correct camera name (as confirmed in a subsequent attempt) yet all it said was I ran out of time. The laser game, which was the most enjoyable station in the whole exhibit, nonetheless seemed to occasionally fail to recognize a light hit. Not much going on museum-wise; not much to see and what there was to see was not displayed in an exciting fashion. There didn't seem to be a way to easily export my results from the site afterwards or to transfer my partner's results to their own email address. Even without all of these issues, it was nothing really more than a relatively boring exhibition and should have cost half of what it did.
