This was an amazing, simply amazing, experience! We came to Orlando and went down to St. Petersburg for a day trip (about 1hr & 45 mins). We read the reviews for Speedboat Adventures and decided to reserve a tour. We were not disappointed! The ride was worth the drive, the captains (Chris & Chris) were very knowledgeable about the area and gave one of the best guided tours we have ever taken, and they catered to all needs. Not to mention the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings and the serenity and peaceful atmosphere. Even my kids (11 & 7) loved every minute of the ride! Saw some dolphins. Overall, highly recommended, and memorable time, and a definite "will-do-again" experience. Thank you Chris and Chris!!!

I met one of the owners Lisa while traveling and she suggested I check out Speed Boat Adventures wil I was visiting my family in St Petersburg FL. I'll admit I have never driven a boat in my life (if driven is the correct term), but within 90 seconds I felt like an able Captain. Chris her husband gave us some simple and to the point safey instructions on how to handle the vessle and other saftey tips. In a few minutes we were in the water with the wonderful guide Scott who gave us a guided tour via the speaker system in the boat and let us know what sights we were coming up to and important things to notice. I honestly had one of the best times I've had in a while, and it was good bonding time with my father, so thank you sincerely from my heart. WIshing Speed Boat Adventures all the best and great success, I will definitely come back when I am back in town!

Our speed boat adventure was during slow season near Treasure island ;but, they treated us like royalty ,even though only 2 boats were rented that day. Scott ,our guide was very knowledgeable of the area ,the water, and boats in general. He stayed out even longer than advertised so we could see the many dolphins and even a manatee. You could really tell he enjoyed his job. When we went to dock the boats, a lady dropped her camera in the water between the boat and pier and she's was in tears .Her whole vacation with priceless first time pictures at Disney World were on that camera. Scott calmly told her not to worry and sprung into action. A few seconds later, he dove into the frigid 10-12 ft. water and searched for the small camera . I didn't think he had even a remote chance of finding it ,but didn't want to discourage the sobbing woman. After several minutes and dives later, up pops Scott with the camera in the air like a prized trophy! Talk about going above & beyond the call of duty,he went overboard literally! I highly recommend this trip, worth every penny! My 11 year old son was in awe, and it truly was the highlight of our vacation. Terry Sage Baltimore,Md.
