I can not actually rate the cruise itself. The description clearly states that it is wheelchair accessible. However, when we arrived with my daughter who uses a power wheelchair we were turned away. I was told “we didn’t mean that kind of wheelchair”. The entrance to the boat was completely inaccessible and they said the boat couldn’t handle the weight. We would have never pre- booked and paid for tickets, hired an expensive Uber and spent a good part of our day getting to the boat if we had known. Please don’t list things as wheelchair accessible when they aren’t. They did issue us a refund but we don’t get the time back not to mention my daughters disappointment as this was a graduation gift.

Bad entrance, the guide was not to hear. I paid 80 per person. Other people not more than 30. I feel scammed. It was the most horrible experience in New York.
