The online advertiisement for this trip claimed that the cruise boat would take us within "100 FEET" of Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. But reality was that boat came no closer than 100 YARDS (300 feet) to Statue and a QUARTER MILE to Ellis Island. I WANT A REFUND. Also , music onboard was excessively loud so that very difficult to hear each other talk even sitting next to each other.

The boat did not turn up. We were left on a key side on a tote part of the city with a young family. No contact from tour operator. Still waiting for a refund.
