Wasted money What did I pay for - the guide disappears on the ferry to the Statue of Liberty cuddle a few sentences! Previously in the description, before booking, pedestal or crown included, after payment/confirmation no more speech! Misleading!

The group of 20 people was planted at the foot of the Statue of Liberty by guide Nina. However, we all boarded the boat with her, listened carefully to her regrouping instructions, then when we arrived on the island, she had disappeared. Everyone in the group searched the island without being able to find it. One of the people in our group managed to contact the organization which indicated that Nina had left the island about twenty minutes ago... without taking care of her group and having spent barely 5 minutes at the foot of the statue !!! WTF?!? Considering the price of this tour, it’s SCANDALOUS! Run away from this Nina!!! The organization is probably not to blame but the freelance guide who missed everything!
