We paid more to have access to the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty and when we got there we couldn't enter because the agency hadn't made the reservation!!!!

Our tour guide, Loretta (I hope I spelled and have her name correct), was awesome. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. When I needed to sit down, she found me and my friend a seat on the ferry back to battery park. She also helped us get on the subway and showed us around WTC One before taking us to the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Also, I loved that she shared some personal stories with us about the Statue of Liberty.
