Charlie, our tour guide, was fun, knowledgeable, and friendly. He told history and amusing stories. He directed us to the shade when possible and took photos for us. He ensured that everyone was comfortable and had a good time.

Our guide, Jorge, was great and we enjoyed our time on the tour. The entrance through security was a bit hectic but other than that we had a relaxed and wonderful day. Great historical background, museum and support facilities. The boats are full if you go in August so be prepared for a crowd. One recommendation was that the tour company that Viator contracted was not named in the communications from Viator so it made the meetup a bit difficult but we found our way. Please include the name of the company so finding the representatives is easier.
