Talking to the person on the phone was the most annoying, time consuming, pain in the ass. Wouldn’t answer simple questions and talked over me. Scammed me out of my money. Kept me on phone and wouldn’t tell me where I NEEDED TO GO TO GET TO THE BOAT. Told to meet a “guide” at Starbucks. Long story short-didnt give me enough time to get to the meeting place because she wouldn’t answer me and the process was too frustrating. Also, there is no access to to the statue, inside the statue or even the pedestal. Go right to the boats at Battery Park-it’s $23.50 and they’ll also go to Ellis Isand.

Very confusing. The statue of Liberty is in New York City. The voucher clearly says please meet the tour guide in front of the Starbucks at 24 State St. The auto Attendant states clear directions when you call the office. Sounds like you purchased a tour and unfortunately we can not just give tickets we offer tours.

They do not have any sign that they do not allow pets, and they took out my husband threatening to turn them all the agent was very rude, we had the pet in a pet bag. In a world where pets are part of the family, it seemed that the agents of control were part of Castle Clinton over 200 years old, a shame.
