My 13 yr old daughter got sick right after tour check in and right before the walking tour for Wallstreet and 9/11 memorial started. She was dizzy, light headed and couldn't walk.There happened to be an urgent care at the meet up point so we let the guide know that we had to take her in. It was a scary situation. They treated her and after about an hour she was feeling better so we were able to make it to Battery Park to the other guide who was there waiting to give everyone their Statue of Liberty tickets. We made it to the Statue of Liberty but our daughter immediately started feeling faint and dizzy again so we had to miss Statue of Liberty walk around, forgo Ellis Island completely and head back to our RV camp ground to allow her to rest and to treat her further. We asked if we could have a partial refund and provided the urgent care receipt. They refused and said they could only offer a credit toward another tour. We were leaving back to our home state the next day and unable to utilize any credits. I felt given the medical emergency that they would e more willing to accommodate our request for financial reimbursement but they did not. Very unprofessional and greedy.

Hello Lacey, as per our communications on the day we had advised you as to why a refund would not be possible but that we could offer you a credit across numerous destinations for an indefinite period of time, as you had made us aware you could not reschedule your tour for another date because you were travelling home. It is not true you could not avail of this credit as it was made clear it did not have a time limit. We hope your daughter is feeling better and has since made a recovery.
