Great tour! Guide was very knowledgeable, just the right amount of funny and made sure we saw everything. Because of his advice I also got the best views of the Statue of Liberty on the boat, whereas if I had followed my own idea, I wouldnā€™t have had the same views. It was a well-paced and succinct tour and Iā€™m glad I chose this on my last day in New York. Tickets including access to the pedestal on the Statue which gives you some amazing views of the city and surrounding islands. Great value.

I would highly recommend this tour. It takes in some great parts of NYC and is also excellent value. Our tour guide Jessica was really knowledgable, as well as being extremely informative and polite. Try it!

I went on the tour with my mother, her friend, and the friendā€™s 18 year old daughter. It was awful. She started her tour saying that New Yorkers arenā€™t more fashionable than everyone one else, they just fit into their pants better because of all the walking. I know the tour guideā€™s political opinions about Trump, the last four mayors of New York, and several other matters. All these political opinions were given freely and completely unprovoked by the group. When we got to the new World Trade Center, she spent so much time explaining how much she hates the new building that we had no time to appreciate the memorial. How dare she be that disrespectful!?! Iā€™m not there to hear her complain about a building, Iā€™m there to mourn. Not to mention, she did a timeline of the actual event and left out the Pentagon and flight 93. She ended her tour telling us that her boss never goes on her tours and the only way he knows how she is doing is by these reviews. I recommend he go on one of her tours.

We are very sorry this guest didn't like the guides presentation of topics. We do have a training program for guides that lets them know politics are off limits, however we spoke to the guide and she said others in the group were talking about political subjects and she felt perhaps she didn't do enough to direct them in other areas. For that we are sorry. Regarding the 9/11 Memorial. the guide didn't mention the Pentagon, simply because it was not part of what happened on the ground in NYC. Certainly, if the guests has asked about it, she would have detailed that as well.
