Live Guided Option: (Classic&Premium) Due to site regulations your tour guide might not be able to accompany you inside the sites; regardless, they will offer a complete explanation of what you will experience inside
Live Guided Option: (Classic&Premium) Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. The guided tour with a live guide begins promptly at 9:30 AM and cannot be delayed.
Premium Option: This option includes an Interactive Audio Guide on your phone to supplement the explanations provided by the guide in places where he/she is not allowed to lead. We recommend choosing this option to enhance your experience
Basic Option: Please note that you must go directly to the ferry at your selected time, near "The View at Battery Park" Beer Garden. There is no need to go to any other meeting point. Please make sure to show the additional ticket sent by Amigo Tours to gain access. As a reminder, this option only includes the interactive audio guide and does not include live commentary
Due to the security check to go on board the ferry every client has to wait a line. This line can take until 2 hours depending on the affluence. We recommend taking a hat and suncream on summer and you can also use this time to make turns and use the toilette
Please note that luggage, scooters and other bulky objects are not permitted on the ferry. We cannot be held responsible if you are denied access with any of these items.
On days where the volume of visitors may be higher, such as: holidays, there may be long lines to enter the ferry, monument and museums.

We will travel aboard the ferry to the Liberty Island, our guide will give you a brief explanation of the route.

Statue of Liberty

Since 1886, the Statue of Liberty has welcomed millions to New York City and the United States. You will be able to get up close and personal to this international symbol and learn the history behind the statue and how it came to be on Liberty Island. We will provide you with the audio guide, so that you can explore the area on your own

Ellis Island Immigration Museum

On Ellis Island you will visit the National Museum of Immigration to learn about the journey of the millions of immigrants who passed through the island from 1892-1924, arriving in America, in search of a better life.

Our tour guide Sergio was amazing! You get on the ferry to get to both attractions but before boarding you go through security that is very similar to TSA. Once we arrived to the Statue of Liberty we stayed as a group and then got to explore a little on your own before getting on ferry to Ellis Island. (Note: if you want food get it at the Statue of Liberty stop) Ellis Island was nice you get a headset for guided tour which we were not able to enjoy unfortunately. We had another attraction planned so we had to leave fairly early. My recommendation is do not plan another activity on the day you book this one. You will not have enough time to enjoy Ellis Island. All in all great experience and happy we did it.

Horrible service. Dont waste your money to book the tour here. If you want, you just need to go there, buy a ticket and go see statue. We showed up at meeting place, the instruction said the guide will be there but no one. Everybody confused and we decided just go to ferry ourselves. I truly want refund. Bad experience, bad service. I changed my mind to book viator tour when i go to Japan.

As specified, this option does not include a live guide, only an interactive audio guide available on your mobile phone. Really comprehensive tour, Jay from Amigo tours was an excellent guide. Probably spent a little too long on Liberty island and not enough at Ellis.
