My family has a great experience aboard Steamboat Natchez! We got seated on the boat at around 6pm. There was already salad and water on the table. We then had the best waitress named Deja! She honestly made the experience great for us. We watched others have to ask for refills and drinks but Deja always beat us to it. She was attentive and very great at her job! The dinner has tea, water, or coffee included. If you have any other drink you must pay but I had no problem with that. The dinner itself was great and my son went back for seconds. We also got to try both desserts which was bananas foster and bread pudding. The ride itself began at 7pm and lasted until 9pm. The captain gave details about New Orleans along the way. They also took your picture in the beginning of the ride and they walk around and allow you to purchase. The big package was about $40 which is a fair price in my opinion, bc the picture they took were of good quality and comes with a magnet. Overall I highly recommend this activity!!! Again, if you get the chance ask for Deja!

This was me and some of my family members first time visiting New Orleans and all our first time with the Steamboat. It was very relaxing and I learned so much doing the tour moment. I can’t wait to go back! Thanks New Orleans!

The music was ok. The guide's microphone kept cutting out. Our server was good. The food was not great. The bread was dry. The dinner itself was not too bad, but not fine dining at all. The bananas foster was horrible, but the bread pudding was okay. The cruise views, history, and experience were good, but I wouldn't do it again.
