Awesome, white glove experience with yummy food—an amazing experience! Shout out to Marlon and Captain Steve for a wonderful memory and evening! We were greeted by Captain Steve for our VIP experience and then took photos before entering the event. Our amazing host for the evening was Marlon. He took the best care of my mom and me!! Mom has knee issues so she was moving slowly—that didn’t stop her from having a wonderful time and Marlon took care of her like I would! The boat was smooth and moves fast. No issues for mom or concerns of being a rocky experience. The food was so yummy and was a great intro to New Orleans cuisine as mom and I arrived earlier in the day. They had a wide selection of proteins and sides. Enjoyed all of it! We were treated to VIP reserved tables for dinner and as we listened to the Dukes of Dixieland Jazz Band. They were awesome! After our meal, we had a special tour of the boat with Captain Steve who has been with Steamboat Natchez from the beginning in 1975! Both Captain and the Steamboat are celebrating their 50th year anniversary! Amazing! I understand that many who work on Natchez have other family members working there—it’s a family and you can tell by the joy & kindness by the people there! I appreciated hearing about the history and seeing areas of the boat that makes it move! Lastly, we were surprised with a special goodie bag of our experience! Such a generous and thoughtful gift for mom and me. I don’t remember how much I paid for this and I am pleased to say that it was worth it & more! What a fantastic experience and I would recommend this to family, friends and the world! Thanks again to Marlon, Captain Steve and the Natchez Family Crew! You made our first trip to NOLA an amazing one!!! We WILL be back!

We did the VIP experience and throughly enjoyed it. The music, the food and a personal tour with the Captain was spectacular. Our personal concierge for the evening, Marlon, was outstanding! Highly recommend!
