I didn't realize when I booked that this was the full on VIP experience with reserved tables inside and out, a shout out from the captain, and so much more. Everything completely exceeded expectations and the tour before the cruise with Yvonne was great.

We got to skip all lines - getting on the boat, for dinner, etc. We had a reserved table the whole time, which was important with the crowd. The service was gracious and the kids got to meet the captain and see the engine room working. Really special - even for our well traveled family.

A personal guide met us before boarding the Steamboat and led us onboard (well we actually miised her, but she met us at the gate to the boat). She then led us to a private table, outside, that held a champagne cocktail for each of us. Then, she explained that we would have a table on the shore side of the ship, inside, to better see the shorline as our tour progressed down river. On the table was a gift bag that included documentation on the history of the Steamboat as well as the area and a CD of music by the Dukes of Dixieland, who were perfoming onboard as we boarded and throughout the cruise...They were fabulous. Yvonne then told us that we would have a tour of the Steamboat and would meet the Captain and the crew thru' our trip. She conducted the tour immediately, which then allowed us to relaxAndthe bottle of wine provided. The tour was great the food was fine and the staff were very congenial.
