Overall a complete waste of money. We were not even on the advertised boat. If you want a boat ride get the ferry to Algiers and have a lovely walk along the levy and a great coffee at The Congregation cafe on Pelican street. Use the street car pass. Back to the steam boat….over crowded with noisy party groups. Yes the river views are interesting. The “ full lunch”was terrible quality. Plastic knives and forks, weird mix of instant food all served in a tatty old boat. Don’t pick up anything from the filthy floor. (The USA hasn’t woken up to the global threat of single use plastics. ) It was definitely a case of “ I was hungry and now I am not”! The operator is milking the tourist to the limit. Expensive and very poor quality everything! Trying to forget my memories!
