The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
The riverboat is accessible for guests who use mobility devices. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.

Afterward, take your reserved seat and listen to the live jazz band, Dukes of Dixeland. As you listen to the Grammy-nominated group play, enjoy a shrimp cocktail. Then load up on scrumptious Louisiana favorites including tossed salads, chicken and sausage gumbo, creole vegetarian jambalaya, rice, baked chicken, bayou seafood pasta, paddlewheel primavera, herb-garlic fingerling potatoes, green beans almondine, white chocolate bread pudding, bananas foster, and vanilla ice cream. Upgrade to receive all the luxuries of the original tour, but include an open bar (call brand select cocktails, beer and house wine) for the entire duration of the cruise. Then sit back, relax, and delight in captivating night views of New Orleans as you cruise along the Mississippi for two hours. Before your luxurious dinner cruise concludes in the French Quarter, you'll also receive a commemorative Steamboat Natchez pin and Dukes of Dixieland CD as souvenirs of your memorable night on the Mississippi.

Gina made sure this cruise was the best experience possible. She was great! Food was excellent and the music was really good. We loved the dinner cruise and will book again when visiting New Orleans again

Baybeeeee when I tell you I felt like a VIP princess/Beyonce! This experience is a MUST. My host was Gina and she was AMAZING. She made me feel catered to and special the entire night and I was not the only person she was responsible for! The food was delicious , the jazz band was lit, meeting the captain , getting VIP seating the entire night, skipping lines, and getting the royal treatment was priceless!!! AND you get a gift bag! If you're thinking of booking this, Just do it !

Awesome, awesome and wonderful. VIP is not cheap but it’s worth every penny. Our host Chad was attentive and helpful. The jazz band was wonderful, took requests -and being up front was a treat. The food, which was brought to our table by Chad, was several levels above the “typical” boat fare. Happy birthday 85th birthday to our fellow VIP. Jackie! We even got a cool goodie bag at the end! If you have to live on macs and cheese to afford this. It’s worth it!
