Salem is nearly 400 years old and just like all of us, it has a dark side. An underbelly wrought with stories for the ages. Join us for our 90 min evening walking tour as we wander through the shadows and hear stories about pirates and pepper, secrets of the oldest cemetery in Salem, brutal murders, strange legal battles, curses, spiders, torture, and of course a ghost story or two. We invite you to be part of our story and learn why true history is Better Than Fiction. -All tour guides are licensed by the City of Salem and are professional storytellers .

We didn’t go to all the places that were listed online.. I’m not sure if it was because it was late and the tour guide didn’t feel like going or if he forgot but it was cut very short. He also got very sidetracked talking about personal beliefs and things about himself and issues going on in the world and I really don’t feel like I left with any new information. I was so excited about this tour and I feel a little letdown.

Excellent tour with a lot of great stories. Our guide was great at keeping us together given how crowded Salem tends to be in October. Loved the stories and seeing Salem after dark.
