I was really hesitant to purchase this cruise due to a couple of bad reviews….. But the experience was Amazing! The on boarding was very simple. ( Everything done on my phone)The staff was very friendly. The trip was very informative. If any suggestions, the boat could use a couple up-dates (nothing to extreme) & some warm food would of been nice!

Such a great experience!! Staff were lots of fun! Lots of room, great commentary, and the mixed drinks were a plus! Love that we were so up close with Alcatraz and the Golden Gate. It was a beautiful day and great experience! Added a great memory to our list!

I Bought tickets Viator and never sent me the tickets, so because I didn’t have the tickets we weren’t allowe to go on the trip

Hello, if you weren't able to go on the trip I would recommend contacting Viator for a full refund. Please know in the future that you can always stop by the box office at Blue & Gold Fleet for boarding passes. Let us know if you need further assistants.
