Booking online wasn't good enough. We were standing in line for 30 minutes before we realized that we need to stand at the counter to get the ticket. What's the point of booking online then.

Then there were no seats available. Why would they sell tickets to so many people if they don't have the tables and chairs to accommodate them.

This trip isn't worth the money you pay!!

Fantastic experience. We arrived at pier 43 1/2, and took a 2hr. cruise around Alcatraz, Angel Island, passing Sausalito, drifting underneath the Golden Gate Bridge (exiting the bay) and returning back to the dock. We had a complementary drink (wife had a glass of white zinfandel and a beer for me), the orderves were good (4 Stars), which was provided by Boudin (Boudin is a sour dough bakery/restaurant located by the dock - very good food - must try 4 Stars). Music was live, and if your a photographer, you will be in heaven.

Very Romantic!

P.S. - Bring a jacket!

This was an all around great experience. Had an amazing bringing my girlfriend there for our anniversary! She gets cold really easily so I just held her really close the whole time:)
