The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.

Amazing experience. Having done the Empire State building in the morning, which was great, this was the 21st century version. Great experience

Nearly an hour wait past our allocated.time to get in because of the disorganised queues everywhere. Missed out the glass elevator experience because we were sent up (and down) in the service elevator. Another hour queuing to wait for the elevator to get down. Far too many people let in at the same time. Staff treated us like cattle. Total chaos. And disappointing despite the amazing views.

Good option if you want two views in New York. We did Empire state by night and Summitt by day. Great interaction ontop of excellent views. Kids loved the silver ball area. Some fab photos. Bit of a wait getting in but well worth it.
