The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Excellent experience. We expected to just go up to the top in the elevator but there was so much more. Attendants were friendly & professional. Beautiful view of the city and definitely worth the price.

We arrived very early but were turned away until 10mins before our ticket time, this ensures there are not too many people on the deck. We were quickly taken up in a lift and onto the viewing deck, there was much anticipation of an immersive experience but I was underwhelmed. 1 room was full of mirrors, another full of silver balloons which many were bouncing around but not sure what they had to do with enjoying the view. That is simply all it is, a viewing platform in all directions so you can see the whole of NYC from the sky. Take a few pics and you're done, up and down within the hour. Thought it v expensive.

There was very noise sound and I have from that headache. There are beautiful view but the sound destroy my experience
