The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.

Amazing experience overall despite the fact that one of our party was a little overwhelmed on a sensory level. The attendants were great, check in process fluid and quick. Good facilities. The view from floor 92 unreal at sunset. The serving staff in the gift shop however could do with a course in politeness and customer service. Rude, unhelpful and refused to take cash because they were counting cash in the till!! To top off their service they very kindly pushed the buttons on the official audit tool for customers and rated their service as excellent! Very poor,

Like the interactive features and the scenery at night was great. I would highly recommend if ever in NY.

Wow. Just such a great experience all round. We arrived around noon on a sunny winter day, the skies were clear and there were no lines at all, we just bought a ticket and went on up. Cool elevator experience, then stepping out onto the glass floors and the magnificent views was just breathtaking. It is so cleverly designed with so much to see from inside so when it's cold/windy you don't need to go out to get the best vantage point. The balloon room was fun, who knows why it's there but it makes everyone smile and feel good. We had a drink at the bar as well and sat and enjoyed the stunning views. Being able to go out on the ledge with the glass floor was fabulous as well, and truly special to look down at the city from the floor and of course have your 30 seconds to grab your selfies as well. I don't know how you could be disappointed in this place, I would recommend it to everyone.
