The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Wear comfortable shows. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.

What a cool, breathtaking experience, I enjoy date nights where you are taken outside of your element, I enjoyed playing with the objects, taking pictures and the beautiful view of NYC, staff very nice and professional, everything was stunning, tons of people but plenty of space for you to have your picture taking moments, they have a bar which has espresso martinis! My favorite

Fantastic experience in every way. We were booked with pre-purchased tickets on a very rainy day with zero visibility. The staff on site were so accommodating and helped us to re-schedule our visit for the following morning. This is, by far, the best observation deck experience in Manhattan. It's a multi-sensory experience that involves more than just riding an elevator to the top of a skyscraper. The staff on site were very, very well organized in crowd control. I can't praise them enough. If it's your first visit to NYC, or even your 10th, it's a MUST.
