What To Expect

Grand Teton National Park

We offer Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours.Uncover the best wildlife hotspots of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park with a knowledgeable and experienced guide at EcoTour Adventures. We will hit the back roads of Jackson Hole to escape the crowds and seek out our favorite hotspots for uninterrupted observation of seasonally available wildlife, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, bighorn sheep, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans.

Tour guide was knowledgeable but somewhat boring. We only got out of the van once to see wild life which could have been spotted on our own . No need for a guide .

Sometimes the best vantage point for viewing is from the roof hatches on our vehicles, where you have a higher perspective. Our guides enjoy sharing their knowledge and passion for the parks with guests, which offers another dimension to visitors' experiences of the park that they would not have on an unguided adventure. We highly recommend EcoTour Adventures. It was very professional and organized. We are downhill and cross-country skiers but had never snowshoed. Our guide Kirk was awesome, very patient, knowlegeable, and personable. We had a fantastic tour with him, saw two moose, otters and a bald eagle. Again we'd highly recommend the tour to our friends and family and would encourage them to visit Jackson just for a tour with Kirk.

I really couldn't have asked for a better wildlife tour than what we got this morning. Our guide, Mike, is incredibly knowledgeable and deligthful! He knows where to find the wildlife and can spot critters from a great distance. Today we got to see 2 moose, a bunch of otters, a cpuple eagles, lots of elk, a huge coyote, 6 bison and a bunch of bighorn sheep. Many were fairly close, others good with binoculars and fabulous with his scopes. After seeing each animal, Mike gave us a ton of information about each, and about the area. The SUV was comfortable, we each had a window seat, and we got to pop out through the roof for better viewing. Delicious, healthy snacks and excellent French Press coffee were provided, and Mike accomodated us for restroom stops! This is a tour to take. Thank you!!
