What To Expect

Grand Teton National Park

We offer Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours.Uncover the best wildlife hotspots of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park with a knowledgeable and experienced guide at EcoTour Adventures. We will hit the back roads of Jackson Hole to escape the crowds and seek out our favorite hotspots for uninterrupted observation of seasonally available wildlife, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, bighorn sheep, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans.

Would highly recommend to any families, especially at the beginning of your trip. We opted for the sunset tour knowing our family struggles with the early wake up! Matty gave what felt like a “locals tour” to the Grand Tetons and Jackson hole area. He was extremely knowledgeable and filled the tour with great stories as wells as facts about the wildlife. I can confidently say Matty has an eagle eye and if you get lucky enough to drive by any wildlife he will spot them. We saw a bunch of bison one even walked right up to our car - totally the highlight of the trip! The trip was filled with lots of breathtaking scenery, tons of “wow” moments, local snacks, and a few jokes.

If you have not explored Grand Teton or Yellowstone you have to book a tour with EcoTour Adventures. I was kind of sticker shocked when I saw what it cost, but after the fact was impressed. We did both the Sunrise at Grand Teton and Full day Yellowstone. Eric was our tour guide and was a wealth of knowledge and passionate about how the ecosystem works together. You could tell he was university trained on environmental sciences. He was great with the kids and made it a Ritz Carlton type experience. Request Eric for these trips if you can.
