What To Expect

Grand Teton National Park

We offer Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours.Uncover the best wildlife hotspots of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National park with a knowledgeable and experienced guide at EcoTour Adventures. We will hit the back roads of Jackson Hole to escape the crowds and seek out our favorite hotspots for uninterrupted observation of seasonally available wildlife, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, bighorn sheep, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans.

My family of 5, 2 adults, a 23 year old, 19 year old and 17 year old, took the Sunrise Grand Teton National Park tour with Tom! He was amazing! So knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife but still could talk to my younger brothers about things like sports, the ski spots and more! We had a great day, seeing a bald eagle, multiple moose from extremely close by, bighorn sheep, a bison and a beaver dam! He made sure we were always warm, as our tour took place on a day that was -6 degrees! The snacks, coffee and drinks were great! Even during the pandemic, it was an easy day and could not have felt safer! Thanks for the awesome day, Tom! Cannot wait to visit y'all again for a summertime trip! - Rebecca

Highly recommend this tour operator. We took a private tour and our guide was highly knowledgeable, attentive and took us to several wildlife hot spots where we saw numerous types of animals...in only 4 hours!

We had a one night stop in Jackson Hole on our way to Driggs to visit friends. Our hotel recommended calling EcoTour for this sunset cruise, even though it was last minute. Fortunately they were able to arrange for Tom, who must be their best guide, to agree to the tour! Bonus coincidence-Tom grew up just thirty minutes from our hometown in Georgia. He was humble-calling himself an amateur in this business but he connected with each family member (my husband and two young adult children) on a friendly level. He knew A LOT about many subjects-the mating and habitat rituals of the animals, the history, both ecological and economical about the region, current events, and facts about the town. We were delighted! And-the big “what we came for” is that we saw almost every animal. His scope connected to the iPhone captured many of these photos. Oh-and I need to mention the gourmet snacks and hot and cold beverages. Even suitable got my gluten free dairy free kiddo. I highly recommend this your! We’ve done tours all over the world on cruises and this was one of the best. Maybe the best. Ask for Tom!
