Do NOT go to this tour . Please just donā€™t ! I was caught in snow storm for few days Many of my tour were reschedules by other professional tour operators. Everything was a mess for everyone during this snow storm . Becouse I did tours back to back I was extremely tired And had to cancel ( wasnā€™t asking for money back Couse it was less than 24 h ) This person called me in the middle of the night Start SCREAMING , INTIMATING ME CURSING AND MAKING THREATS ( to me to a woman in the night time for cancelling ) For canceling the trip . Sounded drunk as well I even changed my flight back I do not wish to go to any tours here in Alaska Any further after such a horrible night But I feel bad for other professionals as Lore ( glacier matanuska) and Rebecca ( horse back riding in Palmer ) those two tours I give 5 Stars This one -10

it is unfortunate that in this day-and-age someone can someone can sit down to a computer and spread lies like this. This is a fake review. The woman was mad that we did not give her money back for cancelling 13 hours prior to this tour. She filed a complaint and fabricated conversations that did not occur. We always make every attempt to work with our clients case by case. IF she had asked to reschedule, I would have been more than happy to do so. If she had asked me for a refund I would have considered it based on the reasons why. She simply canceled with no explanation less than 24 hour (13 hrs) prior. When she found out she would not receive a refund she filed a complaint with VIATOR/TripAdvisor making false claims. Now she states she left Alaska and did not continue her stay. All tours were in affect. Snowfall is not a condition of cancellation for a tour of Alaska featuring snow and ice on a tour. We simply DO NOT get caught in snow storms. I challenge that she was "stuck in a snow storm." We are equipped for snow travel in Alaska and I am unaware of any cancellation due to snow in the 30+ years of doing business in Alaska. As we say. There is no such thing as bad weather only bad clothes. I am sorry we were unable to show you Alaska.

We saw Dahl sheep and bear. Russ was a knowledgeable and considerate guide. He knows lots about the area and is involved in local activities.

First time in Anchorage and this Trip Advisor tour stood out to me and I have to say my sister and I had an amazing time! Juls called me the day before to see if I had any questions and prepped me for the adventure. During our outing, we saw a black bear, several dall sheep, a moose and 2 calves, 2 ravens, and several salmon types. We received detals about the 1964 earthquake and various mountain ranges. If this wasn't enough we got some hiking in and a ton of great photos and videos. Juls' energy was infectous! I highly recommend!
