Just north of Phoenix, enjoy a 45-minute hot air balloon ride over the Sonoran Desert. Once you arrive, watch as your balloon inflates. The experience overall was very enjoyable. It was my first time in a hot air balloon so it was going to be great no matter what. The weather was a little unpleasant (hot) and there wasn't much wind; but no one has control over that! Other than that, they did a really good job at entertaining us and making sure everyone had a good time. Reminder for anyone doing this, the whole experience takes a minimum of 4 hours with the drive, flight, and champagne breakfast after. (They could probably make it a shorter experience by cutting out some of the drive, which would have been nice). Overall, I highly recommend this company.

Had a great time on this hot air balloon ride with my husband. Our pilot, Randy, and his crew were amazing from the second we met them, until we were driving away after our balloon ride. The crew was very professional and courteous the entire trip. We got to watch the set up process and even help out! The ride itself was great! Quiet, calm, and just amazing! Randy is great at what he does!! The breakfast at the end was also great! A champagne toast and a yummy way to end the hot air balloon ride! If we are ever in Phoenix, we will do this again! It was a lot of fun.

The whole trip was very well organized ( was very early in AM ), the idea was to catch the sunrise, but we did not take off with the sun rising. While in the air, we had enough time to enjoy the ride. I would personally prefer if our pilot would talk more ( about ballooning in general and the area beneath us). That is my preference, but it is individual. The breakfast with champagne and " certificates" was a nice way to end our trip. All the crew members were polite, efficient with happy attitude. Definitely can recommend them.
